Becoming a member

Be referred by an active VYBORA member using their registered name or nickname and membership number.
Have attended at least one event hosted by VYBORA and name it in your application.

An admin checks your referral and attendance before approving membership. You can attend events open to non-members before applying.

Being part of the community

Be respectful and welcoming. Harassment, discrimination, bullying and threats are not acceptable.
Respect personal boundaries, other members’ privacy and consent when sharing photos or videos.
Follow the host’s safety instructions, venue rules and event arrangements.
Keep group conversations relevant. Avoid spam, scams and unsolicited promotions.
Use your name or a nickname consistently. Do not impersonate another person.
Keep the members’ WhatsApp invitation private. Joining WhatsApp may make your phone number visible to group members.

Membership reviews, suspension and revocation

VYBORA may suspend or revoke membership for breaches of these guidelines. Reports from one or more members, including a group, will be reviewed by admins. Admins may investigate, seek relevant information and invite the member’s response where appropriate. Immediate suspension may be used for safety. Admins make the final decision on membership status without a membership vote and may remove access to groups or events. The member will be notified. Reports alone do not automatically prove misconduct.

Membership and privacy

Applications remain pending until admin approval. Your membership number and WhatsApp invitation are sent together in the approval email. Your registration details are used to review applications, confirm attendance, manage membership, verify referrals and communicate about VYBORA activities. Optional event suggestions help us plan future activities.

Future applicants can use your registered name or nickname and membership number to identify you as their referrer. Your email, phone number, date of birth and other profile details are not disclosed through referral checks.

Photography, Videos & Publications

VYBORA may photograph and film its events. By selecting "I agree" to this media statement, you give VYBORA permission to capture and use photos, videos and audio featuring you at current and future VYBORA events for event highlights, its website, social media, flyers and other VYBORA promotional publications. This permission continues until you withdraw it, so VYBORA does not need to request it again at every event for these same purposes.

Media consent is optional and does not affect membership or event access. You may decline, change your choice or withdraw consent by contacting vyborahq@gmail.com or informing an event host. VYBORA will stop future capture and use after withdrawal and take reasonable steps to remove requested content from channels it controls. Copies already downloaded or shared by others may remain.

This applies equally to members and non-member attendees. Attendance alone does not count as agreement. VYBORA will seek fresh permission for a materially different use, such as another business using your image for its own advertising. Appropriate parent or guardian consent is required where an attendee cannot give meaningful consent themselves.
